New Ford Figo vehicle bought June 2012, have been waiting for an answer for 9 mths. We have lodged numerous complaints about this vehicle. We got the vehicle with damage to the paintwork, radio, fuel economy, air noise and airbag light that comes on all the time. Though one can fix these things, ones vehicle cannot have a re-spray done to it. It will not be seen as a new vehicle and classed as a vehicle that was in an accident. Ford has attempted fixing these problems, to no avail. The vehicle keeps having to go in every week for a few days so they can "sort" out the problem. It comes back worse than it went in. Why a I paying an installment for a car and insurance if I don't have a car 60% of the time. I want this vehicles deposit payed back and deal cancelled. What is fair is fair, they are stalling for time. Fix the problem and pay me back! Bad news..Consumer protection acts states if customer in not satisfied with product to, replace, fix to customers satisfaction or reinburse. Need I say more?
