I was involved in a small accident in which I hit the side of the road in Hatfield, when I was driving the vehicle after the accident I could feel that the alignment was out of sync. I then contacted the AA to tow my vehicle to the nearest GM in Menlyn as it was also due for service, it might as well be fixed. The car was taken on Friday 22 Nov 2013. After inspection of the car I was told it required a new ball joint which was not available and had to be ordered. Monday morning I did not receive the car and I was told the part is in Pinetown. Wednesday morning I was expecting that I will receive my vehicle and I had to call to find out what is the issue and I am told that there is another part that needs to be ordered and installed in the vehicle and tested. I have been qouted plus minus 4000 rands and I am still without a vehicle.

When I asked about a courtesy car I was told they are not available, actually they did not even consider offering me a vehicle before I even asked them about it. I have been without a vehicle for 5 days and no means of transportation, my job depends on me being mobile so that I can assist when issues arise.
