Sold me a damaged good

I bought a brand new 1.6 polo from Polokwane Volgwagen on the 26/07/2013. I
experienced it giving me funny noise from the back more specially when you
move off from the pave to the road or an uneven surface. Today 29/07/2013
took the car to be check and i was told its late. My sales guy was Grant
Shilubane and the service guy who inspected it and had the sounds was
Eugen. Eugen and Grant said that they will book the car to check faults and
fix. My problem is fixing a brand new vehicle. All they need to do is to
give me the same car or cancel the deal. I can not buy a car that is faulty.
