I have had a mechanical problem with my brand new Golf6 cab 20 days after collection, I sent an SMS to my sales lady Witty Thobejane who advices that I bring the car in, which I did. I explained all the faults I experienced with the car. When I picked it up in the afternoon I was told it was wiring and it was sorted out. In June I had problems with the car less than two months with the car, it was not starting and when it finally did it started with gear 2. I took it back to the dealership in centurion autohaus, I spoke to Elize (sales manager) who was not so helpful. I actually got bad treatment, I wonder if I was really sold a brand new car or I was crooked into believing it was. How does a new car have so many mechanical faults in less than 3months... I am very disappointed in VW and their service to the customer especially me...
I don't see myself dealing with VW again in future, I'm just as disgusted to the core.
