OUTSTANDING SERVICE

We had an unfortunate incident where out Hyundai bakkie was in Umtata. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be recovered. We were notified as soon as the battery was disconnected and in not time their response team were out looking for our vehicle. The vehicle was located on their system but the tracker had been removed. Craig White was very quick to locate the approximate location and advised the response team. Brian who was part of the response team phoned to get identification markings on out vehicle and canopy and was happy to inform us that the canopy was located at a private house and through them and the police the suspects directed them to the vehicle. Whilst this was happening the ground crew Brian, Neville in the call centre and Craig kept me informed as to exactly what was happening. They were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot say how much I appreciated everything that they did. Once the vehicle was returned and the insurance had sorted out our claim, Carol Renwick organised to have a new tracking device fitted. Carol as usual was so efficient in getting a new device fitted and everything was sorted out so quickly. Thanks!
