Damaged vehicle and reimbursement complaint

Good day,

Am still unhappy with the claim that my complaint has been resolved. I totally disagree with the email i received from Oddette Dammon informing me all has been sorted out. I do apologize for my late response as I was out of the country. First and foremost the wires are still in my car which they claim they have removed everything, and my car has been in & out of the garage at my own cost and inconvenience for service, since the incident and there are parts that were bought by Tracker Connect for my vehicle till today nothing has been fitted in my vehicle and I haven't received any feedback. With all the proof I have & service Tracker claims breaking the record of recovering a vehicle five times whilst they can not install the unit. Am still awaiting for some one to see me as I was advised someone from Tracker Connect will come and meet with me in regards with the damages on my vehicle.
