My car was towed, by Outsurance (who i might add were really helpful) to Audi Menlyn, but upon fetching my car again the next day my keys were lost and nobody could tell me where they were, how i could get them back or what to do to get a new set. its been 8 weeks, no help has been received and i have phoned and arranged meetings over and over.
Apparently they have better things to do with their time than tend to loyal (soon to be disloyal) clients.
