Quick to help with excellent service

On Friday my husband noticed that my Nissan Micra made a disturbing sound. As we were on our way to work, we passed JB's Nissan in Malmesbury. Without an appointment we drove into their service centre and asked the service manager, Johan, if he perhaps had time to take the car around the block to see what was making the sound. Johan immediately dropped everything else, took my car for a drive and said that it was the wheel bearing. He had one of his assistants jack up the car and advised me that I shouldn't drive any further as it would be very dangerous. He offered that his driver would take my husband to work (in Atlantis!) and immediately gave me an estimation of what the cost would be of replacing the damaged part.By 16:00 (after a phone call to update me on the service) my car was fixed and even washed and vacuumed for less than the initial estimated amount! All of this without any appointment! Johan and his team should be an example to all other dealerships wanting to make a fast buck out of a desperate person without any knowledge of cars. Quick and very efficient service!
