Worst service ever you wait a month for a part

I have Nissan Micra and the oil pump is broken. In the 1st place I called Nissan Roodepoort and asked for a price on the part and the guy said that it's ordered on the VIN number of the car. I asked him for a estimated amount and was told nothing more than R1600 when we supplied the VIN number we where told that the part will cost a ridiculous R5000!! This just for an oil pump. Then my trouble started... they don't have the part and was told that it's on back order and I should wait for the part between 14 and 35 days. We're waiting now for 14days with no news. The garage that's working on my car can do nothing and I cannot do my work as my car is my source of income. It's as if they don't care I just have to wait! Why they advertise that you should buy their cars but they cannot supply the parts and the cost is ridiculous and you cannot afford to maintain the car.
If you buy a Nissan the you should know that you need to have allot of money to maintain the car and should the car break then you should have a 2nd car. You can only get the part from Nissan who cannot supply the parts. I will never buy a Nissan again!
