Upon going to Benoni Post Office in the Lakeside Mall, I asked to send down urgent documents to Howick. I was told that I can courier them down overnight and they would be at the Howick post office on Friday morning 08h00. When the person went to the post office they were told that the parcel was still in JHB. I phoned the post office in Benoni Lakeside Mall, and they informed ne only then that the parcel was in Durban. So I asked what the delay was due to the fact that these are urgent. I was told there was a flight delay. The documents would be in Howick by Saturday morning. Still nothing... When one pays a premium fee for express service, then that's what you want, otherwise I could have sent it via economy being a lot cheaper. I am totally dissatisfied with the service. Both my contact number as well as my supplier contact number is on the waybill, but nobody bothered to contact us!
