The post office failed to deliver my parcel on tim

The post office failed to deliver my parcel on time after i have paid for it to be an over night delivery because it was an emergency they suggested I drive to OR tambo and fetch it myself cause their drivers had left. I explained to the lady that this parcel has chronic medication that's why it's urgent she told me there is nothing she can do the drivers can't band over for me.
