They never cease to amaze me with how bad the services are and how bad the product is.
last service was about 2 months ago, last week Wednesday by drive belt (think thats the name) breaks. They supposed to change the drive chain on the 3000km.
Bike in service for 2 days they bring it back to me yesterday and as i start the bike with the Big Boy delivery guy next to me, there is a clear rattling sound. We call the dealership on the spot and their reply to me was " we never repaired the rattle" geniuses!!! anyways time to get rid of this piece of bike and service. DO NOT EVER BUY BIG BOY... in the year and a half i have had the bike i have had no end of problems and probably been in the shop 5-6 times in that period.
For the same price buy a reputable brand
