Be aware. Despite the fact that it was pointed out to the Avis official that the vehicle was damaged at the time of taking delivery- and him making a note to that effect-Avis deducted an amount from my credit card. Issue was taken up with Avis on at least 3 occassions but promises by their complaints department to revert back to me never materialised. The alleged damage was never pointed out to me at the time that I returned the vehicle and they only informed me about a week after I had returned the vehicle about the damage= anyone could have been responsible. Avis could not show/indicate the alleged damage (eg, despite my requests= I pay now for something which was not caused by me, nor of which the extend have been indicated to me.
