I contacated the contact centre on Tuesday to establish if all is well regarding my billing. I was advise that return of vehicle was only clicked off on Tuesday (but the car was returned on Sunday evening). Was advised funds will be cleared within 24 to 48 hours but the funds still reflect as reserved on my balance details.
