I have been with Miway for almost two yrs now, this morning i went to Google check the complaints from miway clients, i was shocked, terrified i immediately called Miway, i spoke to the lady by the name of Pamela Kunene. We spoke for almost 40 minutes .i was so emotional, thinking otherwise.
Pamela, she is patient, honest and does not make excuses .she has empathy and know Miway products.
Good customer service is all about bringing the customer back and about sending them away happy- happy enough to pass feedback about business along to others.
I hope and trust that management have recognised Pamela's effort, thank you Pamela. i'm still Miway client
