I called in requesting to speak to Jorge regarding the outstanding repair on my vehicle and every time the receptionist there Pamela, promises to get Jorge to call me but he doesn't. On Wednesday the 24th April 2013 I insisted that I will hold until he is available to speak to me and the receptionist told me that I can't she will get him to call me and I refused, she said loudly in my ear that I am a fn. I am truly hurt by this, but what I know is that she is denting the image of that efficient outlet. Hope forgives her, but I won't.
