I bought a Citroen C4 Aircross from the Montana/Zambezi branch about 3 months ago. From day one I got the worst service ever from this garage. After I received my car, I had to wait almost 6 weeks to get my paperwork, numberplates and registration documents. Out of desperation I wanted to do it myself, but at the registration office they informed me that the vehicle had to go through the test? So again I had to phone the garage, only to hear they made a mistake on the input of the vehicles details. Again I had to wait for them, and in the end did it myself AGAIN! Last month my vehicle flashed the "Routine Maintenance" message (it is not due for service according to the manual). Last week it all of a sudden does not want to start. Almost like it has a flat battery. So I phoned the garage in Montana to make an appointment to bring it in. The morning I arrived, I was informed they do not know of my appointment? But they told me to park the car, they will see what they can do. After about 2 hours I phoned them again to check if they sorted it out. Driving by the garage I saw that my car was still in the exact position & parking I left it in. When I went in, the mechanic told
