Wanting to book a service I rang up and was told friday would be possible. I then enquired as to how long it would take. This entailed being transferred from department to different department 5 times. I then hung up redailed and asked for a manager, got transferred to a customer agent who took my details and said someone would contact me to book the service. That was 2 days ago. Pathetic service from a so called leading brand.
