KFC bad service

Hi

I bought food at KFC and paid with my debit card. I received a sms from my bank that the money was deducted from my account. The cashier informed me that the transaction was not sucsessful. I then showed her the sms. Shen then called the manager. I asked for the slip from the debit card machine which she did not want to give to me.

Fortune, the manager told me to bring my bank statement to proof that the money was deducted. I then showed them the sms again.

Well I left KFC without the food I paid for...
