Pathetic service of management

I Purchased a vehicle in September last year from the above mentioned dealership.
I had not received a spare key or a service booked. After numerous attempts of trying to get a hold of the manager via telephone, I had sent an email requesting for a spare key and service book. There was no response but my mail was read. I then sent a second email and to date there is no response.

The service level is pathetic, especially from Management.
