Bad service

I purchased a vehicle in January 2012.I was supposed to receive my service book, spare key and manual upon the delivery of my vehicle but that didn't happen. The salesman that sold the car to me left Audi, I was then referred to another gentlemen who was the preowned sales manager who also left Audi before handing me the spare key, service book and manual. I returned to the dealership a year later and the gentleman who had taken over the manager's duty had been moved to new vehicle sales. I did receive my spare key but I was told they could not programme it to my car but I must book it in. Time and time again I have physically gone to the dealership but empty promises to date.
