Hen I arrived on the 21st July there were many Europcar employees hanging around the desk at the Sandton Sun hotel making quite a noise. The agent who helped me was pleasant and assisted me quickly however she took keys out of the dirty car key box (and needlesx to say the car I pickec up was rather dirty particularly inside). The agent asked one of the other employees in her language for something but none of them responded. After her 3rd request one male employee decided to assist her with her request. For a five star pick up location like the Sandton Sun I found the experience to be totally unprofessional and unpleasant. I also had to wait a while before they brought the car.
It is also virtually impossible to ever get hold of someone on the 479 4000 number - it just rings and rings.
