I bought my GSXR 600 from Honda Cayenne in February 2013. An excellent
driving experience that turned sour.
The bike was just after 3 months old when it had problems starting, it was taken to Cayenne on the 19th June where after an extensive fault finding session which lasted 4 days no result was found. It was recommended to replace the throttle body at a cost of R25 000.00. Previous recommendations included battery, computer box, wiring and fuse replacement.
Subsequently I did engage with Leon as to enquire what assistance Honda Cayenne could offer as this is my only transport. The additional guarantee purchased in good faith only covered _ R3000.00... sigh.
I am surprised by the quality of non service provided as Honda Cayenne is regarded as a reputable dealer in the motorbike fraternity. I do feel as I have been taken advantage of as I purchased with confidence from a "reputable" dealer, paying more for peace of mind which turned south.
Paying R44000 for a 3 month bike ride... no respect, no trust just a BAD ride...
