Seeing that progress is at a snails pace, I yet again contacted your
workshop on the 22/07/2013. I was then flimsily informed that you are
awaiting parts for the repairs and that the manager Ryan Naicker was
not available to take my call. He was to revert back but that also did
not transpire. This kind of service is unacceptable and leaves a
bitter taste.
I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible as I have
been inconvenienced long enough. I have been patient, however it
appears that I am being taken advantage of. I am convinced that being
placed in the same predicament, you would also react in this same
manner.
I await a positive response that informs that this matter is being
speedily addressed.
