Poor Customer service delivery

My car has been at Hyundai pietermaritzburg since the 24th of June 2013, i sent it in to have the steering rack and the gear box repaired, my car was promised back to me by the 27th of June 2013 as per the workshop manager, i contacted Hyundai Pmb Dealer principal a week later, which to my surprise and disgust was very rude and abrupt with me, i had informed him that the workshop team failed to keep me informed of the progress of my car and i require a courtesy car, the dealer principal was of no assistance to me, he called a technician while i was on the phone with him and informed the tech to call me every hour with an update (Sarcasm), he refused to give me a courtesy car because he didn't have one available, an hour later he has a car available for me. To this date there is no progress on my car, whenever i speak to the workshop manager he informs me that he has been sending emails to the gear box co. and they received the wrong part or that they are awaiting the parts, i am completely dissatisfied with the service received from Hyundai, i will be seeking legal assistance and exposure via the media (newspaper and television). I will never support Hyundai again.
