Poor Customer Service

On the 20th June 2013 i had my Bantam 1300 serviced. The back brake cylinders was done as well. Two days after i received the vehicle back the left rear grease cap dissapeared and i phoned to speak to Aiden. I left my contact details and was promised he would phone me. The next day the right hand one also dissapeared. I phoned again and the same routine without a call back. It is now the 24th July without success. I tried to get hold of Chantelle the Customer service person also without success.
It seems to me that they take your money without problems and then wash their hand off the customer.
