Returned in a poor state

My H100 wouldn't start so I took it to Hyundai Menlyn for repairs the Thursday. Friday day I was contacted to let me know it is the alternator and was told I might still get it back the day but no one contacted me to say yes or no. Monday came around and still nothing so when I finally called and let them know I need my vehicle they assured me it would be ready by 5pm. When I went to collect it there was black hand marks all over my vehicle, inside and outside. So I suggested they wash it and I will be back the following day. They assured me that any marks inside was old marks. There were black oily finger prints on the dash, door handles, hand brake, behind my seat, on the carpets and funny marks on my door. I am a contractor so my vehicle gets dirty and dusty but we don't use oil or grease.
