Lying to customers

I delivered my car on 15april as was instructed by virgin insurance, a quote was given by auto magic as to repair of front bumper, bonnet, replacement of left hand mirror, and left side front light. Vehicle was promised to be finished on 25 april 2013, when i called automagic to inquire about progress i was told the vehicle must stay an additional week as left hand back door colour did not match, which is untrue, vehicle was never resprayed or door replaced, and now they have to book additional labour as they can not work for nothing, dieter who was booking in the car is constantly lying about the progress, and i suspect they damaged the vehicle thats why additional work has to be done, they have no customer service or relations and according to insurance policy was to instruct me of any "additional"work done and get permission which they did not do
