TOYOTA OFFERING POOR SERVICE!!!

HI

i would like to inform you all that i sent my car in for 180 000 KM service... the bill came to R4650
which i gladly paid... considered to be so expensive i paid thinking it is for a good service as they claim they offer top quality...

I must say its POOR that FREEWAY TOYOTA offers a dismal service...

i received my car with NON working hand brakes!!!

this almost ended in an accident that i would have had to pay for...

this is not the first issue i had with Free Way Toyota...

please be sure that you find the right people to service your car...

i am very sure another service company would do a better job at half the price...

and all i get from Freeway Toyota is a "i am sorry i will look into it" I demanded a proper letter... i got nothing...

I ADVISE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO TO...

I hope this helps some of you peeps to find the right place...
