No Feedback!

I bought my first BMW a moth ago and is very happy with it. The dealer where I bought the car said, they would do the first service on X km, as they have done.
3 weeks later all errors start to appear and Yesterday the car start to "missfire" and was nearly in a very bad accident! ( No Brakes, had to stop with handbrake on Freeway) Took the car to my nearest dealer and said this is quite urgent! I need the car as I am fully booked on appointments and only work on commission...
They helped me quick at Leo Haese and said I should bring it in the next morning... had to go back home on freeway without brakes!
Took the car @ 7am...
Now they tell me I'm not booked as I should do a booking in 2 weeks ahead! Hello Peter I have no brakes...(An Emergency!) Tell me this when we meet for the first time please.
They will take a look when they're finished with all the other cars... ma be today or tomorrow or when they have no other bookings...
Phones Willie, who I've spoken with on the first day ""Service Manager... at 12 O Clock and says he is busy with another car, my car is next. Phone Willie again at 15h26, 3.5 hours later ma be they will take a look tomorrow? Give me feedback Please Anton
