I bought a Peugeot 308 from McCarthy cal a car in May13. Two days after delivery a warning light for faulty depolution system came on. I phoned them and they told me to take the car to Peugeot in Welkom, which I did. They reset the computer and gave me a quote for R20000 to replace the system. I send this to McCarthy in Bloem. They told me to bring the car to them. Meanwhile I look on the service record of the car and see that the catalytic converter was removed in May12? I took the car back to McCarthy last week, they reset the computer and two days later, the warning light came on! I did send them e-mails but till date no response.
