My husband, Eugene Johnson and I purchased a 2012 Yaris in October 2012 at Toyota-Ottery (Cape Town). It's practically a new car, we had 3 issues in less than a year, to be honest with you, we are totally disappointed and disgusted with the service thus far as our complaint was/has been raised quite a few times and quite a while back as well and no resultsfeedback received as of yet. We urgently need this matter to be sorted as we don't want this car anymore. Dale Calvin and James wood are aware of our concerns.
