On Saturday the 13th of July, Ram should have collected rifles from me at Port Elizabeth airport before I left for Durban. Prior to the collection date, I first spoke to head office who said they would phone me back, they never did. I therefore got hold of the Port Elizabeth branch and organised the collection with Tania Hiscock.
I was reassured three times that collection will happen between 8h30 and 09h00. On arriving at the airport Ram was not there. I phoned head office and they said they could merely send an email and that they were unaware of any collection. After an argument with them I was able to get hold of Hein in Port Elizabeth who informed me that he was unaware of my collection. Luckily he was able to help me.
Lastly, after the pick up I was informed that the cost will be R 620 and no longer R 410 as was communicated to me prior to the collection.
