I received an SMS claiming that CCD confirms receipt of my FICA collection request (I didn't request any collection) and will contact me shortly to arrange collection. When CCD phoned me I told them that I did not receive an official letter from FNB informing me about this and I would not hand over any documentation. Should FNB need anything from me I will hand it in personally to FNB. Now I'm being harassed by CCD. FNB already received the required documentation when this FICA nonsense started and nothing has changed on my side that requires me to hand in new documentation. We live in a corrupt country and I refuse to hand over any form of documentation to a third party (courier company or not). What the is going on?
