I am HIGHLY upset with Damelin Port Elizabeth. I studied End-User in 2008 and I am still awaiting my certificate as we are now in 2013.
After driving a few times from Jeffrey's Bay to Port Elizabeth, a Maxine lady told me that Head Office is still busy with my markings? Which cannot be possible, it cannot take 5 years. I have struggled with them at least once every 3 months to find out what is the hold up. I have also emailed numerous times with no response what so ever. It seems to me that no one is capable of doing their work, which is upsetting. I know for a fact I will never in my life recommend Damelin to anyone, not with this bad experience I had.
I am quite fed-up with this service from Port Elizabeth's campus which leaves me no choice to complain to Hello-Peter. My next step will be the media!!!
