On the 06/07/2013 I paid for full car wash. I asked the attendant if ok to come back other day to cleant the inside as I was running late for my appointment he agreed as I am a regular client there. Went back 13/07/2013 I informed same attendent who informed me to use the exit side to get to the vacuum cleaner not necessary to go through the handwash side so I waited till I was called. As they started cleaning my car, a man called Johan manager there came storming and ordered the staff to stop cleaning my car and clean the car behind mine the driver of that car complained. He ordered me to move my car as I was starting to explain what happened he told me how dare I jump the queue and that I am the arguing type who think I am up there he is not interested to hear he has a business to run. He apologised to the other client and walked away. I asked was it necessary to humilate show no respect or apreciation as a client infront of my kids. He made a call to have my car towed. He made it clear clients don't get same treatment there. I requested refund for the service I didn't get he told me I won't get it, what gives him the right to chase me and keep my money? I am disgusted
