Bad Service from Tanlwa Cleaning services

Due to unfortunate event when Tanlwa cleaning services arrived my house mate was sleeping they couldn't clean the room but I paid and they said they will come back the next day at 6pm. The time didn't suit me I used a different cleaning company. When I asked for my refund on the money that I already paid Lloyd Manganye said I will get 60 % back.

Then after wards he responded with a email that I'm going to get R15.54 back. When I asked if the cleaning only cost R15.54 the response i got was:
"I don't have to explain how I structure my business profit margin to you, but just to illustrate few things.
The booking was for R300 and my cost to come clean the carpet was R134.45.

The client omitted useful information that led to the conclusion of the refund due to her.

1. She made a booking a week ahead for Saturday at 8am, the booking was for R300 and then paid R150 as a deposit.
2. On the agreed date, a vehicle traveled 15km with two staff only to arrive at 8am as agreed to find out that we can’t clean because she said her roommates are still sleeping. Which is inconvenience and business loss to me because I could’ve booked another client for that time slot.
3. She then proposed that we come on a Sunday afternoon at 6pm, taking in consideration that this is outside our working hours (the staff knock off early on Sundays). But we agreed to it for the sake of client satisfaction.
4. On a Sunday when the staff were on their way to her for 6pm booking, she phone and ask to cancel and request refund and her reason was that the time didn’t suit her so she found another company to do the work.
5. This was unfair to us as both Saturday and Sunday times were proposed by her and there was already a fuel cost on my side. I therefore calculated the distance traveled and my cost for fuel and told her we’d refund R15.54 of the R150 that she paid which is my fuel cost for two days, which doesn’t even cover for all my losses.
