Incorrect change

I went to KFC at Grandwest Casino on Saturday 2 February 2013, i ordered my food paid and went to sit at a table inside the restuarant. Upon checking my slip and change i realized that the cashier gave me the incorrect change instead of R73.20 she gave me R43.20. I then approached her to inform her that she gave me the wrong change, she in turn told me that she already assisted two clients after me and cannot remember she will have to check her till. Some time later the manager called me to tell me that the cashier's till balanced and he cannot refund my money. Now i ask you this y in heaven's name would i claim that she gave me a R30 change short if she did not. The restuarant was packed and surely she could have made a mistake, am i as the client not to be given the benefit of the doubt since i did not leave the restuarant and came back 2hrs later. I am utterly disgusted that the manager just told me i understand but there is nothing i can do. Even though i have been a loyal client to KFC i will not go back there as your staff client's money and then tell them to face that you are wrong
