I saw a property they advertised and enuired because I wanted to rent it, when they sned me the rediculous contract they wanted me to sign, I added a few notes of my own and the property was mine to rent. Last month I wanted to move and contacted them and they saod the early termination fee would be R500, which was fine. When it came to people coming to view the property Trude just gave out my number and said that I should show the people the unit, THIS is part of her job that she gets paid for, but is too lazy to drive from hatfield to come show the people herself. This is a security risk for me, as anyone can show up. We agreed that if I get someone to clean the unit, there would be no cleaning fee from their side. I got someone and it cost me R400 to clean the place. To my surprize when I got my deposit, R630 were deducted for a cleaning fee. I enquired about the cleaning fee, and they said we left the place totally filthy and they had to get a company to clean it, although I have photos that clearly shows the place was clean
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE, are out to only get money from you. Check out all the other hellopeter complaints.
