I went to Hungry Lion Bungalow Mall Butterworth this afternoon to buy a burger. While I was sitting down to eat I was told (not in a polite way) to move to another table because they wanted to clean. The closing time for this place is 18h00. The store is still getting walk ins yet the cleaner wants me to move out of his way because of time. While eating they started sweeping next to me. I called one the employees to ask how I am expected to eat while someone is sweeping he told me to wait for the manager who had gone out. the cleaner arrived while I was still talking to this employee and took the burger and threw it in the bin. The manager came back and told me that they usually start cleaning while there are customers in the shop. He also said he saw nothing ewrong with what the cleaner did. I asked for his name, he refused to tell me and said I could go complain if I wanted to. I am very disappointed and angry at this type of service. These people or Hungry Lion staff still have a long way to go with regards to Customer Service
