When starting the hunt for a new Chev, I contact many dealers and was contacted by a lot of sales people.
Joe was fantastic and stood out from the rest of the other salesmen, by not try to BS me (I had sales guys adding on standard features as extras), giving me what I had asked for (not just adding 100s of other things that I didn't ask for) and finally (which was the cherry on the top of me) he communicated with me all the time and I never had to nag for feedback.
I have bought my Chev from Joe and he hasn't disappeared, he has helped me sort out some admin issues and the car reg.
Great service and its rare to say that I enjoyed the sales experience
