Car repairs not satisfactory

I had car problems with my black bmw ti. There are problems with the engine and I took it straight to bmw clearwater in roodepoort. The first problem that I reported was that the car turned off whenever I left it idling or when driving. The second problem is that we had a problem wit the starter and a sludge build-up in the engine. They did a temporary fix as usual and assured me that we are covered by the warranty. I find it strange that the car blew the gasket immediately after a major service. Bmw is not fair to its loyal customers and I am going to change brands soon as I am not getting my moneys worth. Immediately after charging us a ridiculous amount, the car was ok for a little while. Now its giving us the same problem and we get told by them the car is not covered by the warranty as its not the parts that need to be changed/replaced that were covered. I don't understand how they could say that when its the same problem that I reported before. I have already spent almost R45000 for problems that were not dealt with accordingly. I will never bother buying a bmw in my life. This all occured from April 2013 up to now, I can't pay another R14000 for their incompetence.
