Poor customer service & lack of accountability

I have had the worst experience with my BMW 320d. I was driving on the N1 freeway and my sunroof exploded and shattered into pieces all over me and I had cuts on my body, and splinters of glass all over me, my head and the car. Due to this, I nearly lose control of the vehicle but managed to gather myself together and pull off on the side of the freeway. I immediately drove to the dealership I purchased my vehicle from, BMW Cedar Isle Auto in Fourways. I have had the worst level of customer service from them and they are the most un-coperative dealership I have come across. Purchasing my vehicle from them, I expected the support and concern from them about my SAFETY. They were no in the least bit concerned about my safety. They made no effort to prioritise my query. My safety was compromised greatly but they didn't see this as an issue, instead the keep pointing fingers at me. I have tried to explain to them and BMW SA that the principle of the matter is safety first, and they refuse to understand that the glass, if safe, would not have shattered in thin air all over me. I went via my insurance to have the glass repaired and BMW refuses to accept any costs. I had to incur it all.
