I have not received worse service than from DHL Express, South Africa. And its not the 1st time. Its taken them well over a week to clear my items through customs and only because I have phoned endless times to follow up on a job that should have been theirs and being charged for service they have not being delivering.

The customer service has been absolutely shocking- in fact I think DHL Express has gotten so big and arrogant that it does not care too much about its customers.

Today my package was finally supposed to be delivered. They do not bother to call when they arrive at the delivery point and conveniently saying "recipient not home". After 3 "delivery attempts" and 4 Phonecalls after each event later, AND after confirming 3 times that there IS in fact someone at home, AND providing 2 alternative contact details in case of a problem... still no delivery!!!

Horrible customer service, non-existent communication, no delivery.

DHL Express obviously does not need or want my business so in future I will take it elsewhere.

You have thoroughly my joy and do not deserve to keep any of the money I paid you.
