To whom it may concern.
I had a problem with my power steering on my Audi TT and called Audi who advised me to bring my vehicle in on Friday the 04-10-2013 which I did. I was then contacted by Pieter Spangenberg the Service Advisor who advised me that there were other issues that were picked up on my vehicle. Pieter Spangenberg and the his Service Manager Marthinus put themselves in my shoes and went above and beyond my expectations in sorting out my problem. The service I received was outstanding and I would like to say a very big thank you for the undestading and the 100% service I received from both of them and Auid Westrand.
