Hi
I had an earlier complaint about Bassie
This time its about the Samsung TV and Skype Camera. He didnt send through my ID details so it wasnt put on Brightpoints system. So my order was just sitting there for three weeks. I added this myself. I then a hear that Bassie was supposed to have me fill in a third party form for the TV Licence (since its my wife's). Since this is not done, i dont get my TV. I have to go BACK to MTN for this form and have MTN send it to Brightpoint... how can so many things go wrong with one order??? I might as well done all this myself!
what is Bassie getting paid for?
In Addition, when i was upgrading to this package in store (with Bassie) it took him 30 minutes at the back, just to find out where the camera comes from!!! Like i said it my previous report - Bassie had no clue about the products in the catalogue...
