Faulty car and bad attitude towards customers

I bought brand new car in june 2013 and in december 2013 it started giving me issues like overheating and steering was making huge bad noise then i took it to VW polokwane then the technician ther confirmed that my car is faulty it needs to be booked in, because i was coming back to gauteng for work then i decided to take to the nearest VW in centurion, when i explained all issues i was experiencing they told me that i should take my car to the dealership where i bought it, i even envisised that the dealership where i bought my car was too far they kept on insisting that i would be able to get assistance and the lady refused to take my car that day then when going home my car started to overheat again that where i called VWSA for them to tour it to roodeport dealership then the following day they confirmed that if my car is fixed then they will tour it back..it took the whole week there and confirmed that my car was having factory faults so now everyone at VW is refusing to bring my car back..i lodged a complain with VW SA but still the agent failed to assist me on my issues..bad treatment from VW Constacia park and Centurion and poor quality of cars they sell to their custome
