Poor customer service/after sales service

Sent an email to Clinton Lambert, Head of Power Equipment & Marine South Africa about the Honda brand being poorly represented in St Francis Bay.
I listed the issues that I had and the mechanical faults that I had experienced with my brand new outboard motors and was emailed back an exceptionally unprofessionally worded response.
My feeling is that Clinton Lambert has dealt with this issue terribly for someone in the position that he holds.
It was basically blame shifting and not accepting liability for the shortfalls of his chosen agent, Eamon Scott who owns the Honda dealership in St Francis Bay.
The intention of my complaint was not to point fingers and get personal, which is what Clinton Lambert did in his defensive email, it was to bring to his attention the mismanagement of his brand.
Despite all the correspondence I still have not received my ski boat back from the dealership.
It's the second time my boat with its brand new motors has been retained by the Honda dealer for more than two weeks at a time and the third time in 7 months that my outboard motors have bad to be returned for mechanical faults.
Exceptionally disappointed with how this has been dealt with
