Bought the V.W Polo Brand new from V.W Autohaus centurion, first few week, gears getting stuck, its been now 3 months, still the same problem, Volkswagen South-Africa says the gears are one of the characteristics of the car, this is a load of Bull, you cannot tell me that one in ever 1000 Polo's have gear problems and that is a characteristics of the car. I would only believe this if every car had the same problem, and this morning was the last straw, the car died on the N1, I was towed to work!!!
I called this morning only to get told that the principle dealer is not in, and they will call me back.
This is a New Car!!!
