In May I ordered the Liverpool Team shirt via the website. Now two months later and numerous calls to the call centre and emails I am yet to receive any feedback. The reason they claim is that Customs is "checking the package". For two months I have had no success in getting any feedback from any of the client service staff and feel that only by exposing the ridiculous nature of how "international companies" handle their work can I honestly say - DONT USE DHL AS A COURIER UNLESS IT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR YEARS...
